LemMend Ginger Poppy Seed Dressing

Makes 1.5 cups

Contains 20 mg/THC


4 Tbsp. CYOC LemMend

3 tablespoon fresh ginger (finely grated)

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 ½  tsp. poppy seeds

1 juiced lemon

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1: Place all ingredients in your blender and pulse until all ingredients are blended well.

Serve with: Any type of greens; bib lettuce, field greens, romaine, red leafy lettuce, spinach etc. This dressing enhances bitter greens like arugula and kale, try with a crumbly blue cheese for a smoky, tangy treat. Enjoy!
